# Add an Image Cropper to your Squarespace site

Add an image cropper to your [Squarespace](https://squarespace.com) site and set image requirements like **crop aspect ratio and image target size**. Use CropGuide and receive better images.

Adding an image cropper to your Squarespace site empowers customers to adjust and edit their photos for personalized products seamlessly. This **ensures that images fit perfectly on items, enhancing the customization process and customer satisfaction**.

## Installing CropGuide

To get started we first need to create a [CropGuide account](https://app.cropguide.io/Account/Register)

Log in to CropGuide and add your domain to the control panel.

The control panel will generate a unique script for your domain similar to the one shown below:

With your CropGuide account created let’s log in to the Squarespace admin and select your site.

1. Click Pages in the main navigation.
2. Hover over the page you want to add CropGuide to and click
3. In the popup click Advanced
4. Copy the CropGuide script for your domain to the **Page header code injection** field.
5. Click SAVE in the top left corner.

That's it! CropGuide will now load and transform images when they're added to a file upload field on your [Squarespace](https://squarespace.com) page.

You can adjust the behavior of CropGuide in the control panel for your domain, or you can [set custom instructions per field](/docs/configuration/).
